• Grant GreenTrek a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted data for its mission in anonymized form.
• Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

• You participate at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or environmental hazards.
• Never plant on unauthorized land. Always follow environmental regulations and local laws.

The GreenTrek logo, website, app content, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or modify them without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GreenTrek is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, accurate growth tracking, or environmental impact results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GreenTrek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
